- Who gets paid seats for free?
- Support Coordinators, Support Workers and Allied-Health Assistants are always free. Add as many as you like; they help our participants navigate services, so we never charge for them.
- What do I get with a paid AHP seat?
- • Unlimited, never-hidden profile views and referrals • Advanced analytics (search impressions, click-throughs, referral conversion) • Priority ranking in participant searches • Early access to beta features like availability sync
- What do I get with a free AHP seat?
- Your profile is visible for the first 100 participant or coordinator searches each month. You can still receive referrals during that window, and you get basic analytics (search impressions & clicks). It’s perfect for clinicians testing the waters or filling the last few slots in their caseload.
- What happens when my free seat uses up its 100 monthly views?
- After 100 search impressions your profile is temporarily hidden until the next calendar month—but you keep any referrals already in progress. Upgrade to a paid seat at any time to remove the view cap, unlock full analytics and regain priority ranking; downgrading later is just as easy.
- Can I upgrade, downgrade or add seats any time?
